Sharon's affiliation with the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers allow her to keep abreast of the rural market and today's changing market trends.  Sharon has acted in an instructor capacity with both the Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management.  She has co-authored multiple appraisal seminars for continuing education meeting current AQB (Appraisal Qualifications Board) requirements.  She currently serves as education committee member for ASFMRA.
